There's a saying - "I wouldn't wish what I've been through on anybody but I wish what I've learnt on everybody." I have 'quite a back story' with many challenging times relating to family, health, workplaces, and relationships, and financially. Consequently, I WILL understand, without judgement, what got you to this point, and ways I can help you back onto a more positive path from the first session. I will then support you with tools and strategies you can use at any time in the future and share with others around you. After all we are all connected and want to make the world a better place for everyone.

My name is Helen Shale DipCAH, HPD, PNLP, and I am a Master Life Coach, Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Strategic NLP Practitioner. My training and life experience mean I can work with you and help you understand and learn from whatever has happened so that you can quickly move on to enjoy a vibrant new life. Yes, it's absolutely true.

Most of our most influential beliefs are held at a subconscious level. Using strategies and techniques we can reframe these beliefs, so they no longer have a negative impact on our everyday.

Typically, we are looking for the three A's: Attention, Affection and Approval. The problem is not that we do these things, it's that we keep doing them. We think we must in order to be loved. It's time to break free.
